Rogersville Road Update

Wells Brothers is up against a tight schedule, winter weather, and rising groundwater as they install a new aluminum arch culvert under Rogersville Road in Wilmington, NC. After recovering from over 3 inches of rain, the crew is on pace to have the road open by February 9th.
