Through its offices in eastern North Carolina, Wells Brothers Construction is one of the area's most capable heavy civil contractors. Founded in 1984, Wells Brothers Construction serves public and private-sector clients on large and small projects. Our project teams represent some of the best in the industry. We provide diversified pipe and development construction services to owners in residential, commercial, industrial, and government markets. Our company has a great foundation in civil construction dating back to the 1960s, resulting in extensive experience and knowledge. Wells Brothers Construction has offices in Turkey and Wilmington, NC.

For over 30 years Wells Brothers Construction has prospered because of its consistent leadership. The Wells family has held a steady hand over the company's operations and continue to plot a successful course for the company.
HISTORY
The groundwork for Wells Brothers Construction can be traced back over 50 years to Marvin T. Wells. Terry Wells (President and Founder) began his earthwork career with his father, Marvin, before he finished middle school in the 1960s. In 1978, Terry purchased a single bulldozer and ventured out on his own.
As company prospects grew, brothers Dave and Gary joined the team, and Wells Brothers was formed. Wells Brothers Construction flourished by being a large contributor to the areas livestock farming boom of the 1990s and began to provide site work services in 1992. The earthwork crews began completion of master-planned communities in 1998.
By 2005 the company had grown exponentially and construction efforts were directed to the expansion of Camp Lejeune and Fort Bragg. Terry’s son, Rock, was added to the staff in 2007. As generations work together they continue to provide quality heavy civil services in numerous markets.
