Wells Brothers is teaming up with Clancy and Theys to construct additional corporate office space for Live Oak Bank and nCino in Wilmington, NC. Wells Brothers is preparing to start mass earthwork next week. Job scope will include sewer and water infrastructure as well as a large amount of colored pervious concrete. This project will implement a host of sustainable measures and should be a benchmark for future construction.
