For over 30 years Wells Brothers Construction has prospered because of its consistent leadership. The Wells family has held a steady hand over the company's operations and continue to plot a successful course for the company.
Terry Wells
President and Founder
Terry founded Wells Brothers in 1984. Since that time he has led all operations of the company. He has great knowledge in all aspects of civil construction and is extremely hands-on with field operations. His leadership has served as a contributing factor to the company's success.
Terry attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He sets company standards and values and provides the necessary direction for the company to continue to excel.
Rock Wells
Vice President
Director of Business Development
Rock joined the Wells Brothers team in 2008 as an estimator. He has progressed tremendously since this time and now is a strategic leader of the company. Rock directs all preconstruction and administrative functions for the company. He also serves as a project manager for the company's most demanding projects.
Rock is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a degree in management. He recently earned a MBA at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and looks forward to maintaining Wells Brothers position as an industry leader.
Gary Wells
Vice President
Director of Operations
Gary has been with Wells Brothers since 1985. Gary has progressed from being an operator to now overseeing operations. He directly managed and completed River Landing, a 2,000 acre master-planned community and has specific expertise in water and sewer utilities.
Gary is very hands-on and spends the majority of his time in the field with staff.
